A toast to the Mediterranean!

Visualize sailing along the Amalfi coast with Sorrento on the horizon at sunset. The sparkling sea and the Mediterranean breeze have eased you into a relaxed state. You have decided if only for a week, to live like the locals. They seem to have a slower pace; they enjoy life and make time for good food, good drink and new friends. Your SEADREAM bar tender will happily add to your “Mediterranean moment” of bliss, by creating a cocktail just right for the occasion.

Amalfi Dream
1.5 fl. oz. of Vodka
1.0 fl. oz. of Limoncello
0.5 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
Ice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice. Shake then strain into a martini glass and garnish with a spiral of lemon.

Bella Taormina
1.0 fl. oz. of Gin
0.5 fl. oz. of Aperol
0.5 fl. oz. of Limoncello
0.5 fl. oz. of Mandarin Liqueur
0.5 fl. oz. of Orange Juice
Ice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice. Shake then strain into a martini glass and garnish a spiral of lemon.

Limoncello Royalle
40 mls Absolut Citron
30 mls Limoncello
15 mls Cointreau
20 mls Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Ice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice. Sugar coat one side of the rim of a chilled martini glass. Shake & strain into glass and top with Champagne.
